Shopping Cart organized in plugin form

Another day another Grok interaction.

The shopping cart is done with a plugin form rather than inline

Today I started to have more 2 way interaction with Grok, asking it for debug probe hints and with those I was able to diagnose the problem and feed the issue back to Grok

It is running in TEST mode so you can add items go to checkout and "pay" using a test card # 4242 4242 4242 4242 other fields ignorred

While setup as a plugin, I haven't crossed all the Ts and dotted Is for the admin page to recognize it
